Physical Examination - Pre-Employment

A pre-employment physical examination will be required for candidates recommended for employment in regular classified positions with bonafide physical requirements. The examination will be performed by a doctor selected by the District and cost of the examination will be borne by the District. In addition, a pre-employment drug screening will be administered to candidates selected for positions which involve a greater than normal level of trust for the health and safety of others or where diminished capacity or judgment could endanger the employee or others.
