Organizations/Management of Funds
Non-District Funds
No employee shall establish an organization that involves collection or expenditure of funds without first receiving the approval of the Superintendent. All approved organizations, including student body organizations that involve the handling of funds, must submit their financial books to the Chief Business Officer at least annually for the purpose of auditing. All related activities, the purpose of which is to conduct community programs indirectly associated with the Lodi Unified School District but not conducted by the Board of Education, and where it becomes necessary to use funds in the operation of their activities, may deposit said funds with the Chief Business Officer.
