Academic Core Overview

The Board of Education realizes that the subject areas of reading/language arts, mathematics, science, and history/social science constitute the core learning experience for our students. All students need access to the core subjects to be adequately prepared to function as literate citizens in our democracy, to pursue further educational opportunities, and to be successful in the work place.
