Bargaining Agreements

Collective bargaining agreements play a crucial role in fostering a productive and harmonious relationship between Lodi USD and its employees.

Lodi Unified School District currently has four employee associations that are recognized by the California Public Employment Relations Board (PERB). The collective bargaining agreements (contracts) represent the legal agreement between Lodi Unified School District and the specific employee association. These agreements generally cover a period of time that includes multiple years, but do not generally exceed three years in length before they are renegotiated.

Collective Bargaining Agreements

Current collective bargaining agreements are available below by employee association in PDF format.

Memorandums of Understanding

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is a legal agreement between the district and the given employee association reached during the term of the contract. One or more MOUs may be in effect at any given time. MOUs are available below by bargaining group in PDF format.

These agreements are used to address topics that come as a result of changes in legislation or, to the agreeance of both parties, revisit particular areas before the next contract cycle. Some MOUs are for a specified period of time and expire automatically while others are permanent changes that are incorporated into the next collective bargaining agreement.

LPPA

No MOUs available for LPPA at this time.
