RFP#2018-22 District Access Control System Project

SCOPE: Lodi Unified School District (“District”) is seeking proposals from qualified access control contractors to provide electronic door access control installation services for a District-wide access control project.  

MANDATORY JOB WALK: May 16, 2018 @ 9:00 a.m. at the lobby at the James Areida Education Support Center at 1305 E. Vine St., Lodi, CA 95240.

The RFP can be obtained on the District website at www.Lodiusd.net/RFPS. The award will be to the entity offering the best value to the District, as defined in the RFP.

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE:   All proposals must be received by May 25, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at the Lodi Unified School District Technology Services Office at 1305 E. Vine St., 2nd Floor, Lodi, CA 95240.

PRE-QUALIFICATION:  Pre-qualification in compliance with Public Contract Code section 20111.6 is required for this project. The District’s Pre-qualification Application is done on-line, and is available at https://pqbids.com/lodi/. Pursuant to California Public Contract Code section 20111.6, all General, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing contractors/subcontractors on this project shall be pre-qualified utilizing the same pre-qualification application. The District must receive applications at least ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled proposal submission deadline on this advertised project.
