Vendor Instructions

Thank you for your interest in introducing your company, product and/or service to the Technology Services Department of Lodi Unified School District.  We continually look to form partnerships with industry leaders to enable us to provide innovative solutions to our students, staff and technology operations.

As techie’s, we can’t wait to get our hands on the latest and coolest new tech toy or app. In reality, we understand these introductions, presentations and demos are a time investment for vendors, however if you believe that you have a product or service that warrants this investment, please let us know by completing the following:

  1. Send an email to

  2. The subject must be "Technology Vendor Introduction: [Company Name]"

  3. In one-hundred words or less, tell us what problem your solution solves.

  4. In one-hundred words or less, explain the benefits your solution provides.

  5. Provide a listing of similar sized school districts in California that are currently using your solution. If you don't have any districts using your solution, then state that. 

  6. Include your name, title, and contact information.

  7. Do not attach any product literature, company marketing, spec sheets or Gartner magic quadrant reports.

Simply submitting an email does not guarantee a response, as all email submissions will be pre-screened to ensure adherence to the above guidelines. On a monthly basis, emails that meet submission guidelines will be reviewed by Technology Services management. If we are interested in learning more, we will contact you to arrange an introduction.
