Communications

If there is an emergency at your child’s school, we will send information to all phone numbers identified as legal parent/guardian contacts (phone, text, email), and push notifications via our mobile app. See Emergency Communications.

We will also place information on our website and social media pages. To view your child's contact list, please log on to the Aeries Parent Portal. 

To receive notifications, a contact must be designated as one of the following relationships:

• Mother
• Father
• Step Mother
• Step Father
• Foster Father
• Foster Mother
• Court Appointed Guardian

Log into the Aeries Parent Portal and review your student's Contacts information. Make sure contact phone numbers and emails are correct.

Log into the Aeries Parent Portal to review contact information.  You must be identified as the student’s Educational Rights Holder in order to update Contact information via the Aeries Parent Portal.

1. Click on Student Info > Contacts
2. On the Contacts page click on the pencil icon.  To receive text messages, make sure you enter your mobile number in the mobile phone number field.  Always include the area code for any phone number you enter.

Outreach communications will call the primary phone number.  To find your student’s primary phone number, log on to Aeries Parent Portal then navigate to Student Info > Demographic page

1. To update the primary phone number, go to Student Info > Contacts, click on the pencil icon and update the phone number
2. To change which phone number is designated as the primary phone number, please contact your school.

Parents and guardians can change notification delivery preferences in the Lodi USD Mobile App.

If you are a community member and do not have a student enrolled in a Lodi USD school, please email communications@lodiusd.net to unsubscribe.

Phone calls
Call the Blackboard hotline at (855) 502-STOP (855-502-7867) from the phone line that has been opted out.

Text (SMS) messages
For non-emergency messages, reply START to “60680” from the phone line that has been opted out.  Reply START to “54968” for emergency messages.

Log into the Aeries Parent Portal and review your child's contacts and update contacts as needed. Alternatively, log into the Lodi USD mobile app and update preferences as needed.

You must be the child's legal parent/guardian. Please contact your child's school and provide a valid email address. You will receive a confirmation email with login information. 

If you want to be able to update contact information via the Aeries Parent Portal, you will need to be identified as an Educational Rights Holder for the student.

In order to be identified as the Educational Rights Holders for your child, please contact your child's school. 

Only the legal parent/guardians can be designated as Educational Rights Holders. Educational Rights Holders will have portal access and can update contacts on the Aeries Parent Portal. This prevents others with Aeries Parent Portal access to your child's records from updating contacts without your consent as the Educational Rights Holder.

If you are not the Educational Rights Holder and would like to change your contact information, please contact your child's school.

Peachjar accounts are created with the parent email address provided during student enrollment. Delivery preferences can be updated by logging in to Peachjar.

If your email address was not provided during student enrollment, please call your school to register your email.

If you are signed up and are not receiving Peachjar flyers in your inbox, verify your email address used on your Peachjar account and be sure to adjust your spam folder settings.
