District Processes and Protocols

The State of California’s statewide State of Emergency proclaimed on March 4, 2020 is terminated effective February 28, 2023. Any Executive Orders related to the terminated State of Emergency are no longer in effect as of February 28, 2023. Please see details in the document below.

Pandemic Safety Plan

The purpose of the Lodi USD Pandemic Safety Plan is to define the measures being taken to help reduce the risk of infection from a pandemic virus (e.g., SARS-CoV-2, coronavirus). The defined measures are based upon guidance from the San Joaquin County Public Health Services and the California Department of Public Health. CalOSHA Model COVID-19 Prevention Program

With some exceptions, all employers and places of employment are required to establish and implement an effective written COVID-19 Prevention Program (CPP) pursuant to an Emergency Temporary Standard in place for COVID-19 (California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 8, section 3205(c)). Cal/OSHA has developed this model program to assist employers with creating their own unique CPP tailored to their workplace.

Trainings
