Summer school allows students the opportunity for credit recovery and accelerated learning.

High School Summer School
High School summer school is in session during the following dates. All classes are held Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
No school on holidays observed June 17th, July 4th, and July 5th.
Locations
Summer school location is determined by the student's current high school. For more information, see details for each summer school location available below.
Students enrolled at Independence High School, Valley Robotics Academy, or Middle College High School may register at the summer school location closest to their home address.

High School Registration
The registration deadline for high school summer school is May 13, 2024. You must use your district Chromebook to register.
- Summer school courses are limited and enrollment is subject to availability.
- Lodi USD reserves the right to cancel courses with low student enrollment.
- Summer school course confirmations will be communicated via Aeries on the week of May 28, 2024.
- First day attendance is required to secure seat.
Registration opens at 7:00 AM on the start of each registration window. Students will only be able to request courses once. To revise submitted course requests, contact your school counselor.
Enroll from School
This method only works while connected to the district network with your district Chromebook.
Enroll online at your school. While connected to the Lodi USD network, navigate to summerschool.lodiusd.net on your district Chromebook and submit your course requests online.
Enroll from Home
Enroll online from anywhere on your district Chromebook.
Log in to your district Microsoft 365 account on your district Chromebook and use the Summer School Registration App.
Apex Learning
Counselor approval is required.

Courses denoted with an asterisk (*) are also available for elective or credit advancement.
Summer Attendance Policy
Students may not have more than one (1) absence in each semester class. If a second absence occurs, the student may be dropped from the class, resulting in the loss of all credit. Three (3) tardies is equivalent to one (1) absence.
Apex Learning
Apex Learning is a self-paced digital learning curriculum designed for credit recovery. Courses are limited and restrictions apply. To register, please contact your school counselor for approval. See official Apex Learning flyer below for program details.
